By booking a session with Les-Lee Lesch , you agree to the following terms: 1. Booking & Payment • A non-refundable deposit of [50%] is required to secure your session date and time. This amount goes toward your total session fee. • Full payment is due [2 days] before your session. 2. Rescheduling & Cancellations • Life happens — if you need to reschedule, please let me know at least 48 hours in advance, and we’ll find a new date that works for both of us. • Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice may forfeit the deposit , otherwise if you not 48 notice , no refund. • No-shows will be charged the full session amount. 3. Arrival Time • Please arrive on time, ready to shoot. Late arrivals may result in reduced shooting time, and I may not be able to extend your session. 4. Image Delivery • Edited high-resolution images will be delivered via an online gallery within [3-5 working days] of your session. • Only final, edited images will be provided — raw/unedited files are not included. 5. Creative Direction • Every image is thoughtfully composed in line with my signature warm and vintage style. Minor retouching (color, light skin smoothing, etc.) is included. • Extensive retouching (e.g., body alterations or background replacements) are not available. 7. Model Release • With your permission, I may share a few images on my website, social media, or portfolio. This helps others discover and connect with my work. 8. Copyright • All images are copyrighted by Les-Lee Lesch and may not be edited, altered, or used commercially without written permission.
